At WBC Designer Luxury, we want you to shop with complete confidence. Every item we sell is carefully authenticated, inspected, and described with accuracy. Because we specialize in pre-owned luxury, our policies are designed to ensure fairness while protecting the integrity of our curated collection.
Return Policy
- Complimentary exchanges and returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt.
- Item must be in perfect and re-sellable condition.
- Apparel items must not be worn, stained, damaged, or washed.
- Original packaging and labeling must be included.
- Original invoice and any applicable certificates must be provided.
- Custom Orders are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.
- Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 3–5 business days after the item is received by our shipping department.
- Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.
How to Request a Return

Email us at info@wbcdesignerluxury.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for another product, please follow the return process above. Once your return is received and approved, you’ll be issued store credit to apply toward your new selection.
